Quotations
All quotations are estimates based on the specifications supplied and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed after sample approval.
Samples & production
Mass production begins only after written approval of the physical sample. Approved samples define the quality standard for the order.
Inspection & claims
Pre-shipment inspection reports are issued before dispatch. Claims relating to product quality must be raised within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.
Shipping & duties
DDP shipments include freight and customs duties to the agreed destination. Delays caused by customs authorities or force majeure fall outside our control.
